Mr. Ralli primarily focuses his practice on high-stakes corporate and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts–particularly in Delaware’s Court of Chancery—involving matters such as: merger & acquisition-related litigation, patent litigation, stockholder derivative and class action suits, representation of special committees, actions involving fiduciary duties of directors, bankruptcy, the resolution of alternative entity disputes, corporate valuation and statutory appraisals, and other disputes arising from the ownership and sale of securities.
